Conditions of Use:
I understand and agree that Vault logins (username and password) are exclusive and therefore non-transferable. I will NOT share, post, give away, or sell my username and password. My user login will be terminated and my account cancelled if I am found non-compliant. Further, no refund will be given for accounts terminated due to non-compliance.
I understand and agree that this Vault is an original collection belonging to DAZ Productions, Inc. I will not re-post, resell, or bundle this collection, in part or in full. I understand and agree this it is not permissible either on-line or in printed collateral, regardless of cost. (For example, I cannot add any of these images to the free artwork area on my site and offer it to users for download. The same holds true if I want to include any of this artwork on a CD-ROM). I understand that I may use this art as part of my web site/software navigation or user interface, etc., so long as I am using it for utilitarian purposes, and am not offering it as a standalone download.
I understand and agree that if I wish to re-post or resell any part of this collection, I will need explicit written permission from DAZ Productions, Inc. Submit all requests to: contactus@screamdesign.com.
I understand and agree that international copyright laws protect the entire contents of this Vault. The owners of the copyrights are DAZ Productions, Inc., its affiliates, and/or other third party licensors. In other words, I cannot include these images in my copyright or claim to have created them myself. Minor modifications such as a color change or the addition of text merely creates a derivative of the original work, which would still mean that DAZ Productions, Inc.. retains copyright over the derivative, as well as to the original underlying work. I will provide a credit line if I use any of these files, artwork, or objects in this Vault, or a derivative thereof.
I understand that if I purchase a Personal License, I agree to use the images on one personal or one business site only. I understand there is a minimum $500 fee payable to DAZ Productions, Inc. if this rule is violated. Further, I understand that I will also be responsible to pay for any damages caused to DAZ Productions, Inc. as a result of the violation.
I understand that if I purchase a Developer License, I agree to use the Vault items on my own site and the sites of my clients. However, I will NOT include the images or content from the Vault in an image library for resale or redistribution, without DAZ Productions, Inc.'s express prior written approval.
I understand and agree that subscription orders are nonrefundable. If I do not comply with the above terms, my subscription will be terminated and DAZ Productions, Inc. may seek other remedies available to it under applicable copyright and other laws.
